No-Show, Cancellation, and Late Arrival Policy
At Florence Acupuncture Wellness, our time is valuable, and so is yours. To provide the best care for all of our clients, we strictly enforce the following policies:
No-Show Policy
If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 100% of the appointment fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise, so please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. We will gladly work with you to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows take time away from other clients, so we require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations with less notice will incur a $50 fee, and missed appointments will be charged the full-service fee

For appointments booked within 24 hours, you have a one-hour grace period to cancel without penalty. After that, the standard cancellation fee applies. After three late cancellations or no-shows, a credit card will be required to secure future bookings and outstanding fees must be paid before scheduling again.
Missed appointments are not covered by insurance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrivals may result in cancellation. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please call us at (902-301-9467) so we can determine whether we can still accommodate you
